Units of the Belarusian army have started moving to exercise areas for the sake of carrying out combat training missions, representatives of the Belarusian Defense Ministry told BelTA.
The army units, which are involved in the combat readiness test, have started moving to the designated areas. For instance, units of the 6th Guards Independent Mechanized Brigade marched for 200km. The tracked vehicles made it all the way on their own, crossed the Neman River using a pontoon bridge, and started carrying out assigned missions in the Obuz-Lesnovsky exercise area. Units of the 19th Guards Independent Mechanized Brigade have finished loading their hardware onto flatcars and are now moving to their exercise area. They will have to travel for over 400km.
