Belarus and Russia have agreed on a plan of action for their regional grouping of troops, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko told reporters in Minsk on Feb. 25 after a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the two countries’ Union State.
«We have devised a clear plan of action for the regional grouping of Belarusian and Russian troops,» he said.
This plan is fully up to modern standards, the president said.
